POSTAGE / DELIVERY INFO
Loca Bella only use Australia Post Standard and Express Bags with tracking number.
- WE OFFER FREE EXPRESS POST FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $300.00 (except final sale purchases)
- ALL PURCHASES FROM WAREHOUSE AND FINAL SALE ARE $15.00 per order sent by Express Post to be selected at checkout.
- Australian Shipping Rates Express Post are $15.00 per order under $299.99
- Australia Shipping Rates Express post are $17.00 per order with signature
- Footwear sent in their box will be sent by Express Post $25.00
International Shipping Rates are as per each individual order and are chosen by the customer at checkout.
If you choose not to select Express Post and pay $15.00 on WAREHOUSE AND FINAL ORDER sales, your order will be shipped once the post has been paid.
Please note any “special orders” where the stock is sent from an international address, will have the $15 shipping cost added to the order. Once a “special order” has been placed it is unable to be cancelled.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes up to a 24 hour period where your order will be processed and dispatched. Please note it may take longer for purchases made over weekends, during our promotional / sale periods, long weekends, Easter and/or Christmas times where it may take up to 72 hours dependent on public holidays.
Once orders are dispatched, it may take up to 4 days to arrive for all Australian Orders. These times will depend on if you are located within an Australia Post next day delivery area. Please be advised that delivery times once they leave Loca Bella are beyond our control. Your parcel will be able to be traced through the Australia Post website.
For International Orders it can take up to 14 days depending on your location.
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
You will receive an email once your order is dispatched with tracking information. Please be advised that Loca Bella uses Australia Post for our domestic and international shipping routes.
The above delivery date information or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Loca Bella will not be liable for any delay’s, loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. All orders are subject to availability.
If you require insurance for your parcel please feel free to contact us for a quote. Insurance on all parcels is the responsibility of the buyer and Loca Bella are not liable for parcels lost by Australia Post.
Taxes and duties
Loca Bella unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be, imposed rest with the customer.
